Who we are
Our journey started with the company’s director and founder, who having worked in both, supported living and domiciliary care settings, and having personal experience of a family member in need of Alzheimer’s and Dementia care, saw the need for better quality care and support. With a background in care spanning over 20 years, including recruiting clinical and non-clinical staff they were inspired to improve five key areas of supported living and homecare: Staff training, Customer service, Communication, Diversity, and Efficient multi-agency collaboration. Addressing these key areas enables JPN Care and Support Services to foster a quality, person-centered approach to care and support that will trail blaze and redefine the care industry.
